PLEASE NOTE:
None of our delivery trucks are allowed to drive off the edge concrete or paved surfaces, nor can they drive over curbs or sidewalks. In either of these situations, the concrete or asphalt can/will break.

If you choose to have your order delivered with a truck size that arrives at your site and cannot dump its load due to obstacles or an area that is to small for maneuvering, you will be charged the time it took for that delivery vehicle to drive to your site and the time it takes for the return trip in addition to the delivery cost for smaller trucks to bring the materials to your site a second time to complete the delivery.

If you, or your contractor, direct any of our delivery vehicles to dump in a location where damages are incurred to the delivery vehicle or the dump site itself, Spurt Industries will not be held responsible for any damages. Example: If the truck tires create tracks through your site while accessing the dump location, we will not be held responsible for the repairs.

If you, or your contractor, direct any of our delivery vehicles to dump in a location where the delivery vehicle gets stuck and a tow truck has to be called to remove the delivery vehicle, you will be charged the per hour delivery rate for the amount of time it takes for the tow truck to arrive and remove the delivery vehicle in addition to the original delivery fees. You will also be charged the towing bill for the removal of the delivery vehicle.

Please be aware of overhead obstacles, such as trees, power lines, roof top overhangs, etc. Dump trailers need 30' high clearance for most situations.
